About Me
I am a lighting, projection, and scenic designer, animator, deviser, and photographer based in Brooklyn.
I started my journey as a STEM student who took a required humanities class and fell in love with storytelling. In the years since I began designing, I have worked in Theatre, Dance, and Opera. As a queer person, I stand with the counter-cultural, the marginal, and the oppressed. I unambiguously support the liberation of Palestine, the return of Native Land to its rightful caretakers, and the abolition of white supremacy in all its forms.
In my free time, I can be found going to drag shows in Brooklyn, looking at modern art, or watering my orchids.
I hold a B.S. in Theatre from Middle Tennessee State University and an M.F.A. in Live Design and Production from the University of Texas at Austin.
I have the double whammy of dyslexia and dysgraphia, so if you see a typo… no, you didn’t.
